At Self Reliant Legacy, each item is crafted with care and intention. We want you to love what you receive, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Due to the nature of our offerings, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened products
- Digital downloads
- Sale items or seasonal offerings
To start a return:
Email us at hello@selfreliantlegacy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
